ITINERARY
FULL DAY ITINERARY:
- 07:40 - 08:30 Am: Our tour guide and driver will pick you up at the Old Quarter then depart for Perfume Pagoda (60 km west of Hanoi). Have a break 20 minutes half way to relax and experience Vietnamese handicraft products such as lacquer wares, paintings, embroideries…
- We will take you about 2 hours to Perfume Pagoda and take a 50 minutes sampan boat ride along the river side to enjoy beautiful landscape of streams and paddy fields to the main pagoda area. Start hiking up to a unique pagoda inside Huong Tich cave on the mountain summit (2.5km in height). After more than 1 hour for hiking, you will have a feeling of entering the holy land of buddhism while experience the breath-taking views of surroundings.
- 12:30 Pm: Go back down and enjoy lunch in a local restaurant nearby. Visit Thien Tru Pagoda. Board the boat back to Duc Dock and return Hanoi.
- 18:30: Arrive in Hanoi. Get dropped off at your hotel in the Old Quarter. Tour ends.

What do I need to know?
- Should dress modestly - Non-sleeve shirts and short trousers are not allowed inside Pagoda.
- During the period March to November it will good to pack a wide-brimmed hat, sunscreen (at least SPF15), a reliable insect repellent a camera and lots of batteries. Warm clothing for the cooler months of November to March is advised.
- How much luggage can I take? Your vehicle has limited space so please keep your luggage to a maximum of 15kgs in a backpack or a small day pack to hand carry for easy access to camera, sunscreen, water etc. Inhibitions can be left in the luggage storage rooms at your hotel with your other unwanted baggage.
